I work for Amazfit full time as part of their branding team, and we want to update the Wikipedia page with accurate information, as the current page is very outdated and inaccurate. The initial edit that was blocked was simply our brand boilerplate that we add to PR releases, but we can modify it to something more suitable.

Decline reason:

That choice of new username is fine. Wikipedia is not interested in what companies want to say about themselves, or in aiding branding/marketing efforts. Wikipedia articles primarily summarize what independent reliable sources say about a topic. If there are inaccuracies or errors in the article about your company, we want to know what those are, but this must be done in the proper manner. Please review conflict of interest and paid editing(which includes editing as part of your job) and tell us what will change about how you contribute. If you want to edit about any topics other than your company as a general, individual contributor, please tell that as well. okay, then who can apply the updated content if i'm not allowed to do it myself? pretty much everything on the current article is wrong, so it all needs to be updated. you can go to PR Newswire and see some recent press releases for some updated information, if we can't apply it ourselves. Wikipedia is not interested in summarizing press releases or other materials from your company; the main purpose of a Wikipedia article is to summarize what independent reliable sources say about a topic. Primary sources are only acceptable in certain situations. If you review conflict of interest and paid editing as I indicated, those will help you learn how you can properly propose changes to the article about your company. Please understand that while we strive for accuracy and are interested to know any errors, Wikipedia articles are meant to provide a historical overview and are not necessarily intended to have up to the minute current information- that's for your own website and social media. What we are saying is that we need to first see evidence that you will follow our policies before we permit you to indirectly contribute about your company. That evidence is provided through edits in areas unrelated to your conflict of interest(like your company and its field). We can't just rely on your pledge to abide by guidelines; our experience is that doing that is a waste of time for all involved(including the editor). If your only interest here is in editing about your company, you won't be unblocked. No, we aren't "unbiased moderators"; we're administrators who have been entrusted by the community with certain tools to be used for protecting Wikipedia. it's ok i will get another moderator to approve it. it makes no sense to waste my time editing random pages just to get access to the one that actually needs updating. you aren't entrusted to do anything - you're on a power trip, so i'll find someone else. Name calling is the refuge of people who lose logical arguments. This has nothing to do with power- I have no power. Just extra tools.
