Uses of Lemon Leaves[edit]

Someone should mention that lemon leaves are edible, particularly when fried. Fried cheese with lemon leaves is a Southern-Italian dish.

Grammatical Error[edit]

Quote: 'The lemon (Citrus × limon) is a species of small evergreen tree'. It should clarify that it refers to the lemon tree, and not the lemon fruit. 2403:4800:35DE:5415:B175:C082:4786:F8C1 (talk) 03:54, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Link on 'Fruit'[edit]

Description: Quote "The lemon tree produces an ellipsoidal yellow fruit.". The link for fruit leads to the article 'Hesperidium' instead of the article 'Fruit'. This should be changed. 2403:4800:35DE:5415:15DA:4B44:DB55:EF6D (talk) 04:59, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Hesperidium is a more specific article than fruit, and there is no requirement that wikilinks only go to articles that match the name exactly. CWenger (^@) 11:35, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong function word in Cultivation paragraph[edit]

Near the bottom of Cultivation we have a sentence which makes no sense. "The is reputed merit in the tradition of urinating near a lemon tree.[22][23]"

However it would make sense if "The" is replaced with "There" in "There is reputed merit in the tradition of urinating near a lemon tree." Shiny Bulblax (talk) 16:55, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
