Fair Use in Timeless (Martina McBride album)[edit]

This image, MartinaTimeless.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Tcorey) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is only being used to illustrate the album in question, not the artist;
2. it is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
3. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
4. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
5. the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Martina McBride.
